Recommended resources

There are so many resources out there for web developers to grab a little bit of code to solve some problem they've having that it's become pretty hard to figure out where to go to find some quality solutions to problems. There are approximately a gazillion billion ways to solve most problems, and a couple dozen of them are probably decent, but only a handful of the solutions can be tagged as "good". That's why I'll be compiling a list of places to go when you need some help.
